Miley Cyrus in “Wings” – Audition Info to Come!

Miley Cyrus has snagged yet another film role in the movie “Wings”. The author, @AprilynnePike, was finally able to make the announcement via twitter. She said, “OMG I CAN FINALLY TELL PEOPLE!!!! My book got optioned by Disney with Miley Cyrus attached to star and the Twilight producers to produce!!”
That is some very exciting news for an author! Here’s some more information about the film:
The movie will be developed for Cyrus to play Laurel, a 15-year-old who grows up sheltered and home-schooled in a small town. Adjusting to a big high school is difficult, and her suspicion that she’s not like the other kids becomes a reality when she sprouts a pair of wings and learns that she’s a fairy. Published in May, the novel is the first of a planned four-book series.
Marty Bowen and Wick Godfrey (from Twilight) will produce and Tish Cyrus is the executive producer.
The movie will be filmed in Los Angeles, but no other casting or audition information has been released. Stay tuned! Would you like the chance to have a role in “Wings”?

By Miley Cyrus just talking the role in the movie has already ruined it. I was a big fan of wings and thought that Apriynne Pike was a fantastic writer. But the roles are all wrong. People wont like the movie if the person who is playing it dooesnt fit the character. She DEFFINATLY does not…sadly from hearing this new i will not read the sequels to this book or go see the movie.

I really want to get the part of Cheslea i aussme so does everyone else. lol. i read the book in 3 nights which is really quick for me and i cant wait for the next book to come out in May. I think that it would be a good chace for me to start off my acting career so as soon as i get more info im going to send in my things and hope or a response! I’m kinda disapointed that they are having Miley play Laurel cause she doesnt fit the description of a blonde with green eyes who looks flawless. She should probably get the part of Chelsea she fits that desciption better. Oh well maybe they will think it out better. I would say Taylor Swift would be great but she looks much older than 15. Darn oh well, I hope that I’ll get a role in this movie. But idk how disney would do the whole shooting thing thats a little scary for kids and ive never seen them make a PG-13 movie.

I dont like Miley for the role of laurel. when will the producers learn that the fans want better things for the people they read about miley isnt what anyone imagined as laurel and if you read the fans sites and sites like this one you’ll see that everyone who takes part in the casting has screwed up big. you have just made this the worst movie for fans of Wings. thanks for ruining another book for fans!!! just stop making movies based off books if you cant get any of the stuff right in it!
