New Disney Channel Pilot “Smart Alec” Casting

According to ActingInfo, Disney is looking for their next big Disney Channel star for a pilot called “Smart Alec”.
Shooting for the show starts in November 2009 (that’s right around the corner!) and Disney Channel is currently casting for some of the lead roles. For information about the roles, as well as where to send your headshot and resume, head on over to ActingInfo.
“Smart Alec” follows a geeky teenager who blossoms over the summer and now she fits in with the popular crowd. She tries to convince the in-crowd that being smart is cool and the geeky crowd that being pretty doesn’t make you stupid.

hi! im 13 years old im dominican and i live in florida. i’ve auditioned for things before but they wanted money from me so i didnt give in because thats sort of a scam sort of thing. but anyways, i know thats for a male role, but i want to guest star on WOWP and any other disney channel shows so please keep me posted! im in loveee with acting but im a bit in the slumps right now because i cant afford an agent, so im hoping doing things like tiny commercials or being an extra or guest star on things would help me get started! so PLEASE keep me posted on this! i love acting. its my passsion. i breathe it. i live it! so please! please! please! help me out! p.s the tips have helped me alot! but i need to know about audtions for smaller roles because i dont have enough experience for bigger roles, YET!
